I lost over 20kilos (roughly 45lbs) man.
Went down from 106kilos to 85. I feel great, man :-)

I guess that's my turn now. I lost about half that last year busting my ass in the gym, but after ending up with some knee problems and having to stop the gym for a while I kind of lost
my gym discipline and gained it back.

I just restarted last week. I have to lose the weight. Almost had a heart attack when i saw you posted yesterday.
